Online Shopping Policies

■ Confirmation Email

  • After the placement of your order, you will receive our automatic order confirmation. Also manually one of our customer service staff will email you to confirm the order within 1-2 working days once we receive your online order. Please contact us immediately if you will not receive these two emails as your email address may not be correct.
  • The expected date for your order dispatch will be informed to you by this manual confirmation.


■ Payment Method

  • We accept your payment by credit card via PayPal. If you like to pay into our nominated bank account, please contact us directly for further instructions. Orders are put into production and dispatch the item once we confirm your payment.



■ Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Rate
    Our world-wide delivery rate is A$50 flat rate per item. Free shipping for UGG care items by Airmail (This is the service NOT including tracking) or will be shiped with your UGG boots .

  • Delivery Destinations
    All our products will  be delivered from our English online shop to worldwide except Japan. Please access to our Japanese online shop if you like to receive your purchase within Japan. If you like to receive your purchase in Australia, please contact us directly for further instructions.

  • Delivery Times
    We normally dispatch your customized boots within 5-14 working days from Australia. Please check our confirmation email that will be sent to you directly from one of our customer staff for more details.

  • Delivery Methods
    All our products will be delivered by Express International (This is the service including tracking) or Registered Post for International orders (There is no tracking service but recipient`s signature will be required for collection).
    We will not leave the delivery at the door so if the recipient is not home when your delivery is made, please follow the instructions that will be left in your mail box from your local post office. We can take no further responsibility for your order once it has been delivered to the door.



■  Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

  • If you notice any manufacturing faults with your UGG boots you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. We will ask you to arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched with no extra postage charges incurred by the customer.
  • Please note you are required to pay any charges if you will ship the products back to us without any notice.
  • All custom made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable so please choose your order carefully.
